Most major lenders accept virtual closings, as long as the client is in Canada during the signing. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to confirm with the lender directly.
Realtors: As soon as you have an Agreement of Purchase & Sale.
Mortgage Agents: As soon as you have a signed commitment. The earlier we’re looped in, the more we can help.
Once you submit your deal through our Deal Submission Portal, our team will onboard you and your client via email within 1-2 hours.
